Sales
- All animals shall be paid for in full prior to leaving the property.
- All deposits are non-refundable in the event you default or change your mind.
- Inspections and vet checks welcome by appointment and at buyers expense.
- Animals may be viewed and tried on property however trials and leases will not be available.
- Red Rocks Stud reserves the right to change prices without warning and to withdraw stock from sale.
- A deposit of 20% and a signed sales contract will secure the stock. Terms can be negotiated to approved purchasers.
- After paying the deposit on a horse/foal it is your responsibility insurance wise. All care is taken, however horses are prone to accidents and illness from time to time. Insurance makes sure that everyone is covered in the event that something should happen.
- Registration and relevant paperwork will be transferred at final payment.
